You can plan your stay a year in advance! Like many other resorts, our rates do change as depending on the season and as our resort fills up. Plan ahead and book your stay!FAQ
- Does the fixed monthly rate run for 30 days?
The fixed monthly rate follows an arrival anniversary date, meaning if you arrive on the 5th of the month, your next rent is due on the 5th of the following month regardless of the number of days in the month.
- Is there a deposit for our monthly rate reservation?
Deposits are currently valued at $600. The deposit will remain on the account and applied to the last month’s electric statement, with the credit balance refunded to the card within 7 days of departure.
- Do you have an Autopay program available?
All guests are strongly encouraged to participate in our Autopay program. Your monthly payment will be charged to your card on a designated date of the month, provided the date is on your due date or within your 5-day courtesy grace period.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks.
- Is there a grace period for the rental payment due date?
Rent payments are due on your arrival anniversary date. As a courtesy to our guests, we have a 5-day grace period.
- If I do not pay my rent timely, are there late fees?
All accounts where rental payments are not received by the end of business at the end of the grace period are charged a $45 late fee.
