    We're excited to invite you to join our Aquatic Fitness classes at the Main Pool! These sessions are led by a trained professional and focus on aerobic endurance and resistance training.

    Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, lasting about 45 minutes each. It's a great way to stay fit and have fun in a group setting.
